The best fuel system cleaner every company and brand will say that and it do more than it expects from fuel cleaner to do it clean all your car fuel system and even reach the exhaust system little bet, however I recommend using cataclean after it to clean the exhaust system So the way I use it bg with full tank then one full tank to clean the bg out of the system then cataclean added after driving for 30 min to increase the exhaust temperature then add cataclean with a full tank that the absolute cleaning your car can get

Used this on my 2011 Audi A6 3.0T with 100,000km (62k miles). I knew something was up with the fuel injectors because I was having surges in acceleration after letting off the throttle at higher RPMs and was going through much more gas than usual (although I never got a check engine light). I assumed that I would have to do a carbon cleaning and change the injectors. Before spending the money on that I decided to try a fuel system cleaner and saw this one was highly recommended by Audi owners. I went to the gas station, poured this into my gas tank, and then filled the car with gas. Pretty much instantly my car has stopped surging and has restored gas mileage. To my surprise the throttle response feels much better and the idle has lost its shakiness. Very happy with the outcome of something so simple. Definitely recommend for anyone with an Audi that is getting up there in mileage.
