It's okay. Works fine
Works as advertised. I was looking for something to put into my son's stroller and the base was too wide. It does not work well outdoors where there is any sort of breeze to blow the wind and mist away; the fan is not strong. I imagine it would be a great desk fan, or if you plan on putting it somewhere stationary, 3 feet from your face. Misting works just fine. It was not what I was looking for so I ended up returning it.

The spray doesn't work at all. The fan part are ok, but I wouldn't recommend this fan to anyone. I bought it mainly for the spray so I could cool off a little when it hits my face in the summer.
