A solid battery box
This is a very solid battery box with venting beneath the cover. There is an included strap to secure the lid down to the base. I feel very safe tucking away a battery in this case and running wires out from under the cover. The solid construction of this box should contain any leaks if they happen, and will keep splashed water or rain away from the battery inside.Personally I'm using this battery box outdoors with a solar charger attached to the battery inside. It gives me the peace of mind that the battery inside will be protected from the elements and critters while allowing me to install power in a remote location.I'd definitely recommend this battery box.

This a reasonably well designed battery box with an also well designed lid. Unfortunately the tie down strap is not as well designed. There are no instructions and the strap holds down the lid loosly with no easy way to lock the box.
