I bought this necklace for my 4 year old daughter who was recently been diagnosed with a mild form of sensory processing disorder. She sucks her thumb, bites her nails, experiences the world by either touching things or licking and biting them... Her OT suggested a chewing necklace but when I looked up what she was suggesting I thought they were kind of ugly, so I went on a little hunt and realized that my daughter could totally use teething necklaces!!! It has worked like a charm, she is more than willing to wear this pretty pink necklace and trade her nails or thumb for it. She really likes the oval textured beads best, not sure why, maybe because they fill more of her mouth? Either way, she loves it and I'm grateful! I'll probably be getting a couple more to leave at school or match different outfits. The breakaway clasp is perfect for a kid, as is the adjustable string.

As a mom of a 7 month old, I LOVE teething necklaces. Fair warning, though, this one is about 2-3 inches shorter than many others, which you wouldn't think is a huge deal...until your teething babe tries to yank it towards his mouth with strength you didn't know he possessed and comes up short. <<Ouch!>>

I love this necklace. My daughter absolutely adore it. We use it at home wherever..when I'm sitting on the couch she just gnawes on it. She also likes to just lay on me and sucks on the necklace. (I could do without the drool lol) Keeps her happy and content. I'm thankful for this necklace it has been a life saver a few times. Bonus everyone thought it was a regular necklace and complimented it and was super shocked when she started chewing on it.

I have an 8 month old who is starting to teeth and would not leave my previous necklace alone. I decided to purchase this teething necklace to see if it would interest him. I always thought a teething necklace wasn't a necessity, toys would suffice. I was wrong, since you spend so much time carrying your baby and I'm sure you don't want to be constantly picking up toys that they drop, a necklace just makes sense. He LOVED it! As soon as I pick him up, he grabs it and stays there for a while. I liked it so much I purchased one for my sister who has a 10 month old. I love the color options available.The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is because the clasp snaps off when pulled by baby. Other than that, I recommend to all mothers of teething babies.

I am not really into a lot of baby gimmicks and gear, but this is a great solution for babies who are always grabbing and gnawing on your regular jewelry! My 7-month old daughter and I love it. Also, unlike other teething toys it will not fall on the floor, so it's nice for using when you are taking your baby out in public. I wear a lot of gray and black, and the mint color really complements my wardrobe. People tell me how pretty the necklace is, not realizing it is a teether!

I love this teether! And when I wear it I can almost pass as fashionable! (My hair is never done and I always have spit up on my clothes, but the necklace helps). It is intended for my 6 month old, who chomp away on it, but my 2 year old will sneak a turn occasionally. Seems very high quality, and the price is very reasonable.

I wish I ordered this necklace when my daughter started teething at 4months old! Better late than never though. She is 11months old now and we both LOVE the necklace.
