Honest Raw Honey (Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic, 22 oz)

I honestly wanted to throw up. I made some earl grey tea and wanted to try out this raw honey, I thought it would be really good! After seeing so many great reviews and ratings but honestly, it smelled. The honey I felt was safe since there was a protective seal under the lid that wasn’t opened. However, having had experience with both raw and manuka honey before, I can say it really did smell strong and like spoiled baby food. I initially just thought it was the extra “raw” factor and that this honey was some special blend so I went ahead and tried it anyway despite the smell. It wasn’t really effective at making my tea sweeter. By itself, it wasn’t really that sweet. It was sweet, however just like very light. I kinda liked that but honestly it took a lot of honey to make my one glass of tea taste sweet. Maybe I just got a really really bad batch? But like it really made me want to throw up like an hour in. I tried it again the next day to make sure it wasn’t something other than this honey. But honestly, I feel like it was! Maybe I’m too sensitive to a pollen they put in it or something or maybe its a bad batch. But it was not a very pleasant experience or - really at all was I expecting

I have been taking a teaspoon per day of this product since I received it. I must say that I definately feel an improvement in my legs and less pain when I walk. I am hoping to continue with this product and continue improving my condition of claudication. I can and do recommend this product for whatever health issue it may be used to improve.

There are two things about this product that I believe warrants 1 star:1. I didn't like the taste or the texture. I'm not sure what "Ceylon Cinnamon" is but it didn't taste very cinnamon-y to me. The texture was a bit gritty, probably due to the safety seal being broken (delivered as such - see 2 below) and allowing air to get into the plastic jar.2. This 22oz plastic jar of honey was shipped in a large bubbled lined PAPER envelope. The bubble liner seemed to offer no protection what so ever from rough carrier handling. Consequently, the safety seal under the lid of the jar was smashed in upon arrival. I did not think it safe to eat this with the safety seal not intact so into the trash it went. However, I did take a chance and took a little taste before disposal. I didn't like the taste (I suspect the air that was allowed in because of the broken seal had something to do with the odd taste). It's silly to ship a jar (plastic or glass) in a paper envelope.

I like this well enough but I am in love with just the plain raw honey. I find that the cinnamon makes the honey a little too loose for my use. It's still very good through!

I have had the opportunity to experience several raw honeys. I would rate this one as my least favorite. I am not crazy about the taste and the difficulty in melting it in drinks, etc,

I love this honey in it's regular form, so I tried the cinnamon. It is great! When I make my morning drink of warm water, lemon, a bit of braggs vinegar, honey and cinnamon, my powder cinnamon always chunks up and does not mix. This Cinnamon Honey allows it to mix much better. Cinnamon and honey and lemon are all very good for you and delicious together!

Extremely Creamy, and very (almost to)sweet.Taste ok. Similar to alfalfa honey.Not the best I've ever had.Sugar content taste a little high, but it blends well in smoothies.

I'm extremely happy with this honey. I never knew what real honey was suppose to be like until I tried this, before was from the store bought kind which is liquid, clear, an over processed. It's amazing and sad how everything is so over processed and artificial now, we don't even know what is real anymore.
