Útil para principiantes.
Cinturón para ejercitar lumbares y dorsales de manera casera. Práctico aunque en mi caso se alcanza pronto el nivel de potencia máximo. Sirve para casa y uso no profesional, deportivo,... Los electrodos piden ser cambiados a los 20 usos o incluso antes. Demasiado pronto. Si se le pone un gel conductor para EMS puedes seguir usándolos algo más de tiempo. Útil para principiantes.
