As a groomer of 10+ years I have never had a table in my own home. I've ALWAYS been leery about purchasing such a large product online. So with very low expectations and after reading the reviews I decided to just go for it. I'm glad that I did.The table itself is very sturdy. The legs are nice and large and lock into place. It's obviously a bit on the heavy side as far as overall weight, but I don't plan on moving it all over so it's great for me.The arm is strong and well supported. The basket underneath is a bit lighter than I had anticipated, but still it will certainly hold the weight of my tools should I decide to put any down there for storage.I have a poodle that's about 4lbs (3 months), a 35lb corgi (9 yrs) and a 50lb Brittany mix (4 yrs) and they all fit wonderfully on the table. The surface is nice and they haven't had any slipping issues of any kind. There is enough traction to keep their footing. Also, It's not one of the annoying tables where the surface is too sticky to get the hair off easily.I am 5'3" and the table comes up to my hips. I would find it difficult to complete a large breed dog as I don't feel like I would be able to reach and the noose arm would not come up high enough. It would be great for bringing the LOWER part of a large breed dog up to a nice height to work on feet, legs, rear. I love this grooming table! I am a home groomer not a professional groomer. I have 3 terriers from Scottie to Airedale size and this table works for all 3. My Airedale is 56 lbs. I wouldn't want to put a much larger dog on the size I ordered (35.4 x 30 x 24) but the table is big enough for a 56 lb dog. I have been grooming my dogs for 6 years on the floor and this table earned it's cost the very first time I used it in the pain it saved my back from! I will never groom on the floor again! The basket, I thought I wouldn't use it and didn't need it, is indispensable. I didn't realize how much stuff I would have on it or how convenient it would be. I use it every time. This table was a pleasant surprise. When it was described as a fold-up, portable table I kind of expected it to be on the light side of sturdy. Not so! The legs are well set and click into place making them sturdy with no wobble or tilt. The table surface has an easy to clean, non-skid surface that was easy to work from. The arm is manually adjustable and a little cumbersome but not at all difficult and since I purchased a double strap (one to hold her head and one that goes under her belly just in front of her back legs) I would have preferred that the crossarm reach out a little further across the table but I was able to make it work just fine. My dog only weighs just under 40 lbs and would be considered a very "medium-sized" dog. The table accommodated her size perfectly and could go heavier and a little longer with no issues I would guess. I am very happy with the quality and usability of this grooming table.

Not sure how I have lived without a grooming table. Sooo much easier to groom my dog with one of these! However, this particular table arrived without any instructions, was scratched significantly (guessing this was a return that was sent back out - classic move by Amazon), the box was WIDE open, was missing the knob to tighten the grooming arm to a selected height, and the support arms were extremely difficult to insert into the legs (took a great deal of strength to bend/force the support arms into the holes). And it was a completely different table than the one pictured! The support arms of the table in the picture are those of a regular folding table. Simple. The one I received requires that you insert/remove the support arms into small holes (four in total) every time one uses the table. And it wasn't easy, let me tell you. Probably why it had been returned in the first place. Anyway - in the end, I did manage to put the table together and it worked relatively well once it was assembled. The shelf underneath came in handy. Collapsed it back down when I was done. Just sent the manufacturer a message re: these issues. We'll see what happens ...

I was a little hesitant because I saw some bad reviews of this table. I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife to groom her cocker spaniel. I have to say that I was very impressed with the durability and quality of this product. I was honestly expecting this to be like a cheap folding card table and instead it is built like a tank. I don't know about bigger dogs but for her cocker I don't see how the dog could ever tip this over. The arm that holds the noose is also made very well and is very sturdy. I saw some people complain about the noose being cheap also but I don't see what anyone would say that. The basket underneath really completes the table because the is plenty of storage for clippers and comps. Overall I am extremely pleased with this product.
