If you're looking for a healthier alternative to whey, I suggest trying this plant-based protein. It contains the full complement of amino acids with the added bonus of fiber (4g/serving). It also contains enzymes to ease digestion and aid absorption. It's non-GMO and contains no artificial ingredients. It mixes easily with water or your preferred beverage. I enjoyed the taste.
