Hubby Loved His Gift
Hubby loved his gift 😊 Its worth it given the details on the sword handle, its a very nice looking letter opener, the blade is a but dull/blunt but nothing a good sharpening won't fix. On the other hand, the stand doesn't clip the sword in place or hold it upright. A simple bump into it will send the sword flying away. Nonetheless, hubby loves it and that's good enough for me 😋

Attractive for display but works too!
The real item looks just like the picture, no disappointment. I was most impressed with the blade. It's not razor sharp, but it is sharper than most letter openers (some don't have any edge at all). I liked that. It also has the scalloped edge resembling a real Samurai sword. Nice detail touch.It looks good, and it works very well.

This thing is just too cool
A friend of mine in work had one of these, and I thought it was cool. I decided to take a look on amazon and was able to find a similar one. I love it.
