I was looking for silicone reusable straws, because I'm nervous about my kids (and me) chipping a tooth on the stainless steel ones. These are great, WIDE straws! If you're just drinking water, prepare for large gulps--but you get used to it quickly. It's a great way to drink a LOT of water! If you're drinking smoothies (or something with a similar consistency) it's GREAT! Very easy to clean. We just put it through the dishwasher on the top rack. If we've had a smoothie, we rinse it out right away when we're done, and then through the dishwasher when it's time to run it again. I'm sure it's fine to just manually clean with the brush thing, but I prefer sending things through the dishwasher.

Nice straws, flexible, easy to clean with the little brush. My kids like the straws. I keep them in a ziplock bag in my purse and we use them instead of disposable straws. They work well for us.

I like the smaller straws and ordered these thinking they would be sturdy and thick like the smaller ones. Unfortunately they are not and I don’t use them because they collapse when I am drinking a thick smoothie. The small yellow ones are great! These are nothing special.

First off, let me say that I bought these straws specifically for smoothies. If you're going to use these in regular drinks then they are fantastic and I've given them 2 stars for that. However, if you are going to use them for smoothies then make sure that they're not thick. I tend to use frozen fruits and vegetables in mine, which makes them more the consistency of a milkshake once I add the water and almond milk. Attempting to drink out of these straws for my smoothies was a lesson in futility. Every time I tried to take a drink the straw collapsed and I couldn't suck anything through it at all. This isn't an issue with a regular plastic smoothie straw, but I've been trying to get away from plastic.I'm not sure if I will keep these or not yet. As I said, they are good for regular drinks so maybe that will be enough to keep them. I'll think about it for a few days and see how often I use them.

Got these to use with my toddler and smoothies and shakes. The silicon collapses under his sucking power, and mine too. Cost more to return the set than it was worth, so we kept them. Ended up using them for normal drinks with my littles and they work great. Because of the flexibility, I actually keep one in a toothbrush travel case in my bag for when we are out in case we need one. Liked that the set came with a cleaning brush. If I was looking for a smoothie straw, I would look elsewhere for ease of drinking.

I was worried these would collapse as they are so soft and flexible, but they work well for smoothies . They also wash easily in the dishwasher .

These taste bad even after washing- like a chemical quality.

The kids love these straws and I don't have to worry about someone getting a straw impaled on the back of their throat. Reducing plastic waste is very important to me too, and I refuse the straws and lids if we stop for a shake. They work well and are easy to clean with the little brush included. Love them, super colorful too.
