Love this wooden pillow. There are so many ways to use it. I especially like using it on my lower back to relieve tension after sitting for long periods. It helps that it rocks with you from side to side. I have also used it length wise on the entire spine which seems to improve the energy flow through my back.Considering buying some for Christmas resents.
