Dr. Nick's Neck Napper - Rigid Therapeutic Neck Roll

I got this because my neck gets pretty stiff at times. I've had a lifetime of bike accidents and arthritis to deal with. it's kind of like doing my own traction, without going to the chiropractor's office, I need that little firm stretch.I try to get in a meditative state and gently lay down using it for a little bit. I try to do lying down side stretches to warm up.I also like using it for my thigh and knee muscles, (kind of like the thigh master). It works pretty good as an all around therapeutic cushion

Not comfy at all. It’s hard as a rock. Uncomfortable no matter where you put it. Wish I could return it.

This is by far one of the best "bang for your buck" products you could ever find. "Dr. Nick's Neck Napper" has significantly relieved my neck pain over the course of less than a week. I've bought this one for my wife and she is already feeling the difference herself. I definitely feel a lack of tension that has built up over time from working and exercising. I know to some it may not seem like much to work with, but at the end of the day, it works. Its design makes it easy to take with you anywhere and makes it all the more practical for everyday use. In the end, I'm happy with the results I'm getting and I have no complaints.

It's essentially a pool noodle with a fuzzy covering~ It does the trick, but next time I'll make my own to save the money.

I'm a massage therapist and I was going to use it for my private clients but to me it's not soft it's hard and uncomfortable but the directions days it's to use for 10 min than for an hour. This is for people with serious neck issues but uncomfortae for me.

As expected. Material is a little too hard

This is wonderful! If you’ve been diagnosed with straightening of the curve in your neck and you’re in pain...but this! I spent $100’s at the chiropractor for several months and even went to my doctor for tension headaches only to take things in my own hands by researching what I could do (because I was just miserable). After using this as recommended for just 1 week, I have no neck pain!!! Now I just use it 2-3 times a week for 10-15 to maintain the curve in my neck, I wish I would’ve gotten this first!!!

This product is overpriced for the low quality that you get. It’s literally just a large pool noodle. I suppose it serves its purpose but for there are better options available for a lot less money
