Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever: Volume 2 Paperback – March 22, 2017

In my opinion, Best Ever Volume 2 is one of the best investing books you can buy. If you want to be a fix and flipper, there's something for you; if you want to be on the debt side, there's info for you; if you want to do large commercial deals, there's something for you, and so on... In other words, this book is the gateway to whatever niche you want to be in. Just like Joe says in the last chapter, pick 1 person/niche that you enjoyed the most and listen to the podcast with that person. Then reach out to them and make a connection. You never know where it will lead.As a bonus personal thought, I have much respect for Grant Cardone's story and where he came from, even though I'm not a huge fan of everything he says. But in this case, what he says in this book on breaking out of the middle class, saving, and investing were spot on. It's inspired me to make more so that I can do more. Maybe I should reach out to him...

A great read! What makes this book so good is that you can read it in a few days or really dissect it and take a month to get through it. Each interview/chapter provides you with a few quick tips as well as actionable items you can put into real life. I even reached out to a few of the people interviewed and was able to learn even more from them. This book is full of endless resources that will undoubtedly help you on your way to becoming financially independent. I say that because it has already helped me get closer to that goal!

Having been impressed with Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Vol I, I was happy to give Vol II a shot. Joe does it again, packing the pages full of actionable advice for real estate investors. Joe leverages the advice of his interviewees on his podcast, and for only a few bucks, it is as if you get to sit in on the interviews. From advising on how to quit your 9-5 and live off of passive income to understanding Reg D when raising private money for deals, this book is a must read.

Best Advice Ever 2 is a ama!gamation of Best Ever Advice 1. My opinion is that the book is designed to get you to think big and take action. It also provides you with individuals that may help you on your journey to becoming a wealthy and rich real estate entrepreneur.

Great Job Joe and Theo! Amazing opportunity for new or seasoned investors to add actionable steps to successful real estate investing. The book, like your podcast, really does a great job of sharing specific details, no fluff. I recommend real estate investors read it to assist with making well educated decisions that guide them on their journey. I highly recommend this book!

Best, Plain language, Understandable, of any investing book I have ever read. I read the first Volume and it helped me tremendously, so I was anxious to dive into Volume 2. I strongly recommend this book to both new and experienced investors.

This book lacks any useful detailed advice or insights. It's filled with inspirational quotes from the author's professional network. It reads like a list of advertisements for their podcasts and websites. My favorite was a lender explaining he only lends to experienced real estate investors with a successful track record. How is that enlightening or useful to someone getting into the business? I have definitely found other books that were significantly more helpful.

Loved this book. I hope he keeps publishing new ones every year! The podcast and other resources on his site are great too.
