Review: No Video Recording - Very bad documentation and practically no customer support. The latest updated App does not support video recording on the SD card inserted in the Camera. The moment you try setting up the Camera for either Dynamic or Real-time continuous recording on SD card, the software exits the App and does not save the setting. As a result the SD card sits in the camera as a dummy and not a single second of video is recorded. There is no support for this issue anywhere.

Very bad documentation and practically no customer support. The latest updated App does not support video recording on the SD card inserted in the Camera. The moment you try setting up the Camera for either Dynamic or Real-time continuous recording on SD card, the software exits the App and does not save the setting. I would have given 5 if the sound output in the speaker is atleast good. U cannot get anything from the speaker. But the image clarity and sound input is great. The app helps so well to look the home wherever we are with beneficial features. Easy to configure and we have a memory card slot.
