twemco Homeloo Retro Modern Germany Quartz Alarm Flip Clock Al30 (White)

I ordered this clock, thinking it would be super nice, based on what I paid. The whole thing was extremely cheap, and also not working when I got it. I was not able to set the time. A small shake fixed this, but after that, the hour was not changing correctly, and would flip 15 minutes after it was supposed to. I understand that the German quartz movement is extremely accurate, and may be the reason for the price tag, but putting a Cadillac engine in a Toyota Corolla doesn't make sense, if you know what I mean.
