Maybe I'm wrong but I got the impression the author isn't necessarily the sharpest tool in the box, but if so that actually encourages rather than this being intimidating. Honestly, I really can't recommend this little book enough - if you're open to the whole Law of Attraction ("The Secret") idea. What is there to lose? All just IMHO. However, it doesn't actually explain how it works which is you have to train your subconscious to really and truly believe your desires for it to work, and that's the really hard part. Also it doesn't mention that you have to be in vibrational alignment to manifest anything.
