Yet another wonderful coloring book from Steve McDonald - this time focusing on the natural world for its subject matter. Schools of fish and jellyfish, herds of elephants, tangles of tree roots, a field of tomatoes, a field of tulips, an natural rock arch at the seaside, a beach with palm trees ... almost 60 pages of drawings in the same larger (11 3/4 x 11 1/2 inch) format as his other books, and including his trademark "mandala" drawings. Gorgeous coloring book with beautiful drawings of the beauties that surround us! Forests, ocean scenes (the jellyfish and school of fishes are among my favorites), elephants, gators!! There are some beautiful mandalas in this book as well! The pages are double-sided so I would test an inconspicuous spot before using markers. The pages are non-perforated and the pictures come close to but do not encroach on the binding. The book is oversized at nearly 12" x 12". I actually got this book as it is a bit outside my comfort range and it is a "fantastic" addition to my library!!

This is a very well-made oversized coloring book. Nice thick paper So why would you waste it and put the drawings on both sides of the page? I don't understand. The pictures are extremely complex. A little more than I think I'm going to do I might donate this one to the local nursing home.

Impressive level of detail in each drawing! I love how the hyper detailed artwork gets you to really calm down and focus on what is being colored instead of just filling the space. Doubles as a great artbook for inspiration once done coloring, too.

Steve McDonald's are a must for coloring fun and offer a challenging test of your creativity.

Necesitaba un libro de colorear para ejercitar el movimiento de mis manos que no fuera teclear o textear. El libro tiene un tamaño más ancho que tamaño carta así que los dibujos se ven bonitos. A mi me pareció mucho más entretenido que las típicas mandalas porque estas dibujando un paisaje. Las hojas son gruesas, trae dibujos por ambos lados de la hoja, son 58 dibujos. Realmente lo recomiendo.

Bellissimo e difficile libro da colorare. I soggetti sono molto belli e rappresentano diversi soggetti della natura, dai paesaggi, a particolari floreali e agli animali. La carta è spessa e anche colorando con i pennarelli o colori acquerellabili il tratto non passa sul retro della pagina.

Some interesting work to peruse, I will enjoy the difference.
