I am very pleased with this product. My nails have begun to grow normal again, my hair looks better and feels stronger, and my skin is showing major improvement since I started taking this supplement. It is brighter! A side benefit that came as a nice surprise: my joints (my uncles, knees, wrist) in general feel renewed.. and it tastes good. Other ones I tried were nasty!I will be definitely ordering some more before I’m done with this one!
