Firegram Hands-Free Bluetooth V4.1 Headset Wireless Headphone with Mic for iPhone and Android (Series Black)

I bought this Bluetooth headset for my mother and she loves it. Great sound quality and extremely comfortable.

Terrible sound quality.

I am a self-employed tech consultant, and as you'd imagine, that means I'm on the phone a lot. I've long been searching for the "perfect" Bluetooth headset, and I've discovered along the way that price doesn't always correlate with quality in this market. As such, based on that realization and the specifications of this particular headset (alongside the overwhelmingly positive reviews), I decided to give it a shot.When I first received it, I was hopeful that it would be the answer thanks to how easy the setup was and how comfortable the headset was. However, the first evidence of the existence of a problem was when I had two back-to-back callers complaining about their inability to hear me ("you're really breaking up badly"), both of which were instantly resolved by my disconnecting the headset and talking directly into the phone (at that point, a Galaxy S6). Thinking that perhaps the phone might be part of the problem (as Bluetooth was indeed pretty flaky on it), I upgraded to a Galaxy S8 (it was overdue anyway). The problems persisted -- and to date, probably a dozen callers have complained, forcing me to retire to the old phone-between-shoulder-and-ear method. I am not happy with the results.Not sure what's up with all the positive feedback here... but a lot of these reviewers have only one review under their belt. Smells awfully fake to me...

These headphones are very comfortable. they sounds great and the battery life has been great as well,worth the price

Very good bluetooth headset for music listening and calls specially when you are driving. I would buy it again

This product was extremely poor quality. I get that it's cheap, but my callers could barely hear me. They said that it was extremely muffled and that I sounded like I was underwater. Also, every-time I would click to end a call or begin a call, it made an incredibly loud noise in my eardrum from the click.

Many listeners or receivers complained that they couldn't hear me well when using the firegram. I am comparing this product to the m165 and the toorun m26. I bought this product because of the limited high reviews at the time, but couldn't trade up the poor call quality for the price.

Like it for the money. THe one annoyance is that it cuts off on its own if not used for a while, but if you are wearing it when this happens it announces it in your ear.Otherwise I like this item
