Was not machined all the way. So the mounting surface was not flat. The banjo bolt would not seal to it so it was just spraying fuel out

2002 LB7, wouldn’t run after install, rough lope idle had to remove to be able to drive.

Definitely a pain to install, took about 3hrs but I'm happy with the results. Fuel pressure is better and truck more responsive

I was completely screwed with this product. I’m not sure where the fault lies in the actual product, either mistakingly packaged or actually threaded wrong. The banjo bolt will not even thread into the hole where it’s supposed to because it’s too small, the part number checks out, everything should be correct and other people have had great results with this but, due to a run of bad luck I was unable to get to this project until now “we’ll past the return window” and after fighting for a couple of days to re-assemble the fuel line, I took it back off just to check. Sure enough the banjo bolt doesn’t even fit, so buyer beware. If you think you may have delays, double check the threads or enjoy your paperweight and frantically disassemble your valve, clean it and add the correct amount of 4mm SS washers to keep the valve from opening. An option I know to work but, wanted a clean professional system with no hacks. Sorry seller, I’ll consider changing the review if you consider swapping part, though your not obligated to. I’d jump PPE’s but about QC!
