Inspirations by Broyhill File Cabinet, Wood and Wood Veneer

Its nice has a good real wood veneer on it and they look very nice and are easy to assemble. However the file drawer could use some better engineering as it will separate if pulled too hard. I recommend using some multipurpose adhesive when you attach the drawer front to the drawer to prevent that from happening. I bought two for end tables because they match when I had the issue with the first I secured both with a silicone adhesive seemed to fix the issue.

This entire experience was a disappointment and has really put me off the Broyhill furniture brand. As soon as I picked up the carton, which was damaged and torn and had a lot of extra tape on it, I heard a lot of hardware rattling inside. Not a good sign.When I opened the box, I found broken, partially assembled pieces with hardware inserted in the pieces and some ripped out, the wood scratched, and NO instructions. I tried to reassemble what was there, and found that I simply didn't have enough of the right pieces to complete this piece of furniture.

Where are the coveted directions? Can anyone send me directions for assembly asap?Sorry to be someone who does not know a screw from a plug and that is why I need some direction.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The cabinet arrived missing assembly instructions, and several pieces for installation. Terrible customer service. A month later, and I still do not have the pieces I need to assemble this thing. This cabinet is held together with wooden dowels, and locking cams. Bad Idea. Broyhill is generally a very good name, but they dropped the ball on this one.

Would have been a great file cabinet if the door would stay on. There is nothing I did incorrectly about assembling the product, there is a defect with the door (the panel that has the handle) and it literally will not stay on. Can not return or get a replacement unless I dissasemble and ship it back, which is a huge inconvience. Very dissastisfied.
