If this device worked as advertised, it would be great. Not sure if I got a defective unit or if the product is poorly built. The seller stopped responding to my technical support requests.I am a technical support specialist, and my troubleshooting leads me to believe this device is broken - I will he returning the device and updating the review to reflect that process.EDIT 06/20/2019: The return was approved, I sent the device in and it arrived on 06/15. Today is the fifth business day since they’ve had it and I haven’t gotten the refund. I messaged the seller to see what the refund status is. Half win.... will add a star if they finish the return and refund the money.EDIT 07/24/2019: Still have not received the refund. The seller has left it marked as not arrived, even though they acknowledged it arrived and said they issued the refund. They are deferring me to Amazon since I haven’t received the money yet. Very disappointed at this total loss - so far.EDIT 05/23/2020: Seller still has not marked the item as returned. Stay clear. DO NOT BUY.Pros:-Screen quality looks good for a stereo-Fairly easy install (Easy for tech/mech, moderate difficulty for normal users)-Sound quality is good (not better than stock...)-Many features and Android platform-USB ports are handy for storage or input devices (controllers for gaming, keyboard, mouse, etc)-Steering wheel controls work well-GPS signal is greatCons:-AM/FM never worked-DVD drive gets disks stuck inside-Bluetooth will drop connection (about once per 2-5 minutes)-Bluetooth audio is unrecognizable from distortion when playing high quality audio (over 64 kbps)-Playing audio from the MicroSD slot has high-pitched blips every 20-30 seconds-Audio jack in car is not supported-30 second boot time (somewhat standard for Android stereos)-Stock GPS app is no good, just get another Android map appAs explained above, the radio is handy with cool features, but every main way to play music has a disabling flaw. Bluetooth is by far the worst, and it was the main reason I got a new stereo.I am looking forward to replacing this stereo with my stock stereo (glad I kept it). Will return this stereo and update how that goes and whether the seller believes my unit was faulty or if this is what to expect.

Product is working very well, after struggling to connect it to a Tiguan 2016, car model not supported on the original sales material.Wheel keys and CAN sensors are working, still investigating why the reverse camera isn't yet showing, perhaps need to connect another of the car's wires.I have tested all the Android 6 apps, every thing works, except for Android Auto. Which is not an issue because there is an excellent car/nav stock app, and because the unit can run native Google Maps& Navigation apps.The radio on/off/volume button mutes the sound when clicked, it doesn't turn it off as we first expect.Which is OK after you get used to the fact that it turns off automatically when you turn the ignition off, and it turns on automatically when ignition is on. Like a driver companion is supposed to.The GPS antenna has very good sensitivity, although it's attached by magnet on top of the unit.The embedded WiFi and BTooth work well, not needing any external dongle.

Good 25-30 second boot time, and GPS often can't see satellites. I may try another satnav antenna and different location in the car. Sound quality is great, screen looks amazing, retains the stock look with improved function while retaining the canbus features. Love that the steering wheel buttons still function. Not sure if the MDI in my VW works with the head unit yet but I know I can get an adapter for the the in dash USB ports to work with it.

touch screen is very unresponsive. Unit has issues when trying to use navigation saying Memery not enough. That is not a typo, see attached photo.

Awesome radio installed it into 2006 VW Jetta TDI (BRM) Engine code. Only complaint is it has a battery drain issue, that needs to be resolved.

Great screen I like it

The picture is misleading and the radio antenna adapter does not connect to the back of a radio. That means no AM or FM boys and girls. Epic fail for this company's product.
