You won't find orange bitters that taste more fresh. We use seven pounds of fresh orange peels per ten-gallon batch. The result is a bottle of orange bitters with leaps and bounds more fresh orange flavor than any other on the market. You can use them in marinades, pan sauces, baking, and of course cocktails. These bitters truly work anywhere fresh bitter orange flavor is desired, and do so better than any orange bitter we've found.
