Contains cayenne pepper
Curious to why this contains cayenne pepper? It is definitely not known to help with blood sugar! All this did was make me feel sick and made my rear burn. It turned my stool into liquid fire!

This is a great buy for the money and loaded with several beneficial sugar balancers . I will buy this again.

Cost and fact that it would lower my blood sugars better.
It did not make that much of a difference with blood sugars, it advertised as 5 dollars cheaper,then at check out it said otherwise.

Second time getting an outdated bottle
This is the second time in my subscription that I've recieved a 01/2019 bottle. Hmm not sure if I'm gonna stay subscribed to this or if it's even safe to take.

Taking the supplement on an empty stomach and 20-30 before eating helps tremendously.
I used this product to keep blood sugar level from being a diabetic! Three-months I’d like to be contacted again!
