Not a big enough deal to knock it down a star, just a suggestion to the manufacturer.My Story and Experience: I had a slightly torn achilles and plantar fasciitis about twelve years ago. My doctor recommended using a laser pointer a couple times a day. I thought it was odd, but it worked. I had to use a true office laser pointer then, but it got rid of the pain.Now fast forward 12 years and the pain returned after wearing bad shoes on a long 5 mile hike a few weeks ago (without stretching first, big no no!). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that now there are devices specifically made for this purpose. I noticed a significant reduction in pain after one day of use and now after a week I’m almost pain free! My guess is, I will be without pain very soon. I had an urgent need, but now I’m curious to try it for other things for me and my family that it says it is good for..

I bought this LifePro infrared and red light to used and help my sweet older dog that help hip and knee problems. After seeing that it helped her, I decided to try it on me for my recovery from my gentle strength training to better my health. I’ve been able to steadily increase my training and physical therapy. The heat level is perfect and it’s so easy to use. They also give you two rechargeable batteries so it’s always ready when you are, plus it’s compact and easy to take when I travel. I’ve bought other LifePro equipment and experienced great customer service too.

I just started using my Lifepro, and it seems to be helping. My left foot has been irritated on top for a few years. I had laser treatments on it, about a month ago at my doctor’s office, which really calmed it down. Now I am using my Lifepro, and it is helping to control it. I hope it continues to improve with more treatments. It was certainly worth the money!I still have to try the tri-pod, so I don’t have to hold it so long, even though it is not too heavy. I have felt light heat so far. It is too soon to address durability, but it seems well made. Thank you, Lifepro!

No bigger than a pocket flashlight and built to last. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and charger, protective eye wear and carrying case. Easy to read directions, you can relax in front of the TV and small enough you can use it at work or even the gym. So my husband is an Auto Technician, and his hands are his number one tool. He was having pain in his lower thumb and wrist area. We purchased Torch Light after a recommendation from a coworker who also uses Torch Light. Using Torch Light daily before and after work he has start to find some relief. He is now able to lay his hand flat again and touch his thumb to his fingertips, something he wasn't able to do a week ago. THUMBS UP TORCH LIGHT!!!!

So I got this in Dec 2024 because as a physical therapist, I have seen red light therapy (cold laser) work well for people with a variety of issues relating to pain and inflammation. The device is nice and compact and works well as advertised. I did have one of the 3 LEDs burn out far too prematurely, but I contacted Lifepro and they immediately sent me a replacement unit so their customer service is very good as well.

Powerful and lots of light options. I like the size, case and the glasses that came with it. Using it for my dogs arthritis and its helping! Using it on my face too and very happy.

I just received this and tried for the first time this morning. It seems well made and will definitely be portable for travel.

I was hopeful this would help alleviate muscle and joint pain on myself and our Labrador Retriever who also has joint issues; not o ly didn't it help but caused the joint/muscle pain to hurt twice as bad an or so after using it! I thought I didn't use it right so I kept the device further away from my skin and sure enough it made the pain worse; to the point I had an issue walking.I read the directions prior to using it then re-read them after having extreme afterwards and there was a link to watch a video to find out how to use the Lumicore Pro Light Therapy Torch. The video was the bare minimum and was exactly how I used it so I had seen a link for how to use the device for different issues - I thought Great! The link took me to all the products this company sells! I found NOTHING for further support on the Lumicore Pro. The reviews showed this product would help with the red and blue light therapies. It is so frustrating to purchase it and have NO SUPPORT.If your wondering if I used it on our Black Lab; absolutely not because he can't tell me if it hurts. Now I have to send it back for a return.
