Luxury Sicilian Lime Shaving Cream Tub (225ml) by Vulfix

Zwischenzeitlich bin ich im Besitz verschiedener Rasiercremen und Seifen. Diese ist mit Abstand der Spitzenreiter, bildet einen super cremigen Schaum und das ohne großen Aufwand. Ich rasiere mich mit verschiedenen Rasierhobeln, sowohl DE als auch SE, mit beiden wird eine klasse Rasur erzielt. Die Rasiercreme wurde entgegen dem Bild nicht in einer Plastikdose sondern in einer AL-Dose geliefert. Diese Creme kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich werde diese wieder kaufen.

It is pleasant to use as well because of the smell, and your skin feels great after using it as well. Excellent lather too. It also lasts a very long time, well over a year before you use up the tub (you need very little per shave, only a slight dip of the tips of the shaving brush in to the cream) - so I guess that makes the price not too bad in the long run. This was the cheapest price I could find - otherwise expect to pay £15 plus £5 postage.

Riecht gut in der Dose, sehr schön steuerbare Schaumentwicklung, sehr sparsam.Habe eine Metalldose mit schickem Logo erhalten, nicht wie abgebildet eine Plastikdose.Leider hat der Sicilian Lime im angerührten Zustand einen sehr schwachen eher seltsamen Nebengeruch, den ich persöhnlich nicht so mag. Dürfte den meisten jedoch nicht nicht störend auffallen (daher nur 4/5). Ist jetzt aber nichts, das mich davon abhält mich damit zu rasieren und wird von mal zu mal schwächer - vermute eine Sauerstoffreaktion mit der oberen Schicht der Creme.

This shaving cream is quite firm in texture, a bit like room temperature butter, it lathers very well to produce a dense lather that needs to be well hydrated to make it suitable for shaving. The scent was a little disappointing, I was expecting a vibrant lime scent and I didn't really get that. It was citrusy but quite mellow, a little tired perhaps and so not particularly invigorating. I can't help but compare creams to my favourite range...Taylor of Bond Street, which are very soft and very luxuriant in lather with good scents and definitely five star shaving creams. But this Sicilian lime shaving cream was very nice to shave with and the price is very good for a good quantity of shaving cream.

This is a top notch shaving cream with a lovely smell at a very good price. A small amount on your brush will give you wonderful shave. I've just sent off for the Lavender to try. Great stuff!
