fits my 13lb cat with arthritis
Perfectly fits my 13 lb cat with arthritis to avoid carpet accidents when I'm not present to take her to the litter box and hold her up so she can do her business. She made no fusses about the diaper. I was about to get medium because of her waist size but decided to get large. So glad I did—I don't think medium would've fit her. Hopefully this will work for her.

Very helpful cat diaper
Easy to put on the kitty. It doesn’t leak. Nice Velcro like attachments that you can adjust as the kitty gets thinner. Helps with end of life care for your pet. I’m glad I found these for him.

Doesn't keep dry 12 hrs, had to modify...
Quick review: Small works for mine. He's a large cat but is on a strict prescription diet and very lean. With modification they've met our needs. Even though they aren't really designed for number 2 I have to cut the tail hole larger to make sure he can comfortably go number 2 in the litter box and have to add an extra pad to absorb his amount of urine (otherwise he's wet by the time I get home from work).More Details: If my cat jumps onto the bed or anywhere there will be a significant accident and dribbles everywhere. Not his fault, he still uses the litter box without issue but some health issues have left him with incontinence. I tried these before and he leaked right thru them by the time I got home from work (gone almost 12hrs usually and put a fresh diaper right before I leave) I abandoned them and was using washable diapers with pads (pet pads were thin like panty liners, I had to buy human poise incontinence pads). This was alot of work, handwashing diapers etc. but it worked for awhile. However summer hit and I believe his water intake increased naturally due to heat and drinking more. I wasn't even to my bedroom yet and I would smell cat urine - pad was soaked, fabric diaper was soaked, he would be soaked all the way up his back and his tummy, leaving damp spots everywhere he sat. I was very worried about it impacting his health and quality of life. He's older but very active and healthy otherwise. I also have respiratory issues and my lungs were seizing frequently. Had to figure out something else. Decided to try combining these with the pads I use. Success! Finally when I get home and change him - he is dry! I'm not going thru cans of cat urine foam cleaner every week and my respiratory issues have calmed down. I give him a fresh diaper/pad combo every time, put them in a poop bag (always have them for my dogs) and into diaper genie (human kind works better). It's become a very easy and clean as possible process. I'm someone who prefers to use reusable things but in this case we've been thru so much and this is just what I've found actually works for us.

Well I tried.
The tail hole is too low for my cat. Even opening it up just didn't work. It makes her drag her tail behind her and she managed to pull it off pretty quickly. Need to find one where she can walk with her tail held high.

Great product, horrible seller
This product works great!! I do recommend it if you have a cat that is in need of them to protect your carpet or furniture. However, if you have to return them for wrong size or no longer needed, be careful. My cat died and I return my unused product. Yet, I was charged again for everything I ordered. So I lost my cat, and lost my unused diapers for the cat, and lost my money that isn't being returned because somehow when you return multiple packages, this seller makes extra profit from the consumer.

Good fit (but upsized from Hartz's chart). Absorbs well.
These were the right size, but not by using Hartz' chart. Went up a size from what was measured. 20-year old cat is too old to stand while donning, so I lay cat on side, fit the top and bottom around the cat while getting one leg through leg hole (make sure to get knee and upper thigh through hole, else cat will push off), hold the diaper in place, and roll the cat over to do the other side. Tabs work well to grip the diaper to close without snagging cat fur. When properly fitted, urine gets absorbed and feces remains inside the diaper. Used these when the cat had diarrhea when ill, and also when taking the cat to/from the vet, and carry an extra diaper in case the cat had an incident on the way to the vet to have one on the cat on the way home. Not nice to hear the cat make that strained loud meow when they have to go in the carrier. This helps to contain the accident. So far, the cat has only urinated once, or defecated once, or done both, on a trip to the vet, and the diaper contains the accident. Wouldn't trust it to handle 2 accidents (to vet, and then from vet), so the cat has an accident when going to vet, and I carry a spare to put on at the vet for the trip home. I also put wee pads inside the carrier: one under a blanket, and one atop the blanket. If there's an accident on the way to the vet, the top one gets discarded, and the bottom one moved atop the blanket. Just added insurance. I do NOT reuse these diapers. One accident gets them trashed.

Works great fits adult cats
These fit a full grown slim cat perfectly holds in both types of waste well. Also fits larger kittens well too. Cats were comfortable and easy to put on.
