Good quality and good company to work with. Amazon forgot to pack the spiky ball. I contacted company and they sent it out immediately. I was surprised that I used the dumbbell just as much as the other balls. The PDF eBook was very helpful. Great for people with M.S., our muscles get stiff in legs and feet. Spiky ball helps with the disturbing neuropathy in feet.

The orange ball, is the best ball in this kit so I am still giving the 4 star rating. The studded ball is a little too soft. The two attached balls are also not firm enough, unfortunately. I think you pay for what you get. I mainly purchased this for one ball and since the bag was the same price as what some places charge for one ball, I thought I would give it a try.

These were great. The only negative I have is that the outside material of the ball is prone to sticking to my hair. I use this for my neck, and when I roll back and forth, it will pull out my hair. I just have to wear a hoodie when I work on my neck. Otherwise totally great price and does my muscles well!

Bought this a few weeks ago to use pre and post workout at my Crossfit box to remove any knots and/or tight areas, especially for my back and hamstrings which seemingly get tight after a long deadlift day. Since getting it, I've preferred using this to a normal lacrosse ball or foam roller because of the strength and durability.

Threw my back out and thought I had literally broken it. A neighbor lets​ me borrow his fused ball and it was an instant relief. Within 4 days of laying on the balls, my back is totally back to normal. Weird. Cool.

Good massage balls. I have been using a foam roller with some success but I needed some more pressure than can be exerted with foam. On a cloudy day I used the peanut on my hips, glutes and lower back. I almost fell asleep. These are made of rubber so they are perfect for post workout relief. I am going to try to use the orange ball to release my hamstring pre workout. My left hamstring is tighter than my right and hopefully this will help.

Updated Review: after originally only receiving one lacrosse ball in my set, Fitious quickly reached out and sent me a new set and refunded the original purchase. I understand mistakes happen in shipping and I'm happy with their quick response to the situation.The full set comes with one orange lacrosse ball, one black peanut ball, and one spiky black ball. I love the peanut ball for rolling out the spine and the single lacrosse ball for TFL and IT band.

The balls are well made and of high quality materials. The dual lacrosse ball set is unique and does a much better job on each side of the spine than any one ball could ever do. I highly recommend anyone with back pain give it a try.
