This is a very well made and solid stake in target stand. Very well designed for sticking in soil or sand range surface. It also works well for setting up targets on a dirt berm at various angles. The stand comes with both knob and wing style set screws for target sticks.

Good quality, but not usable as shipped.
Not usable without additional parts. Thumb screws pictured were not included. No instructions included. If wood or something else is required to attach the targets to the stand, that was not clear. I assume I need to make 1x2's or something and buy my own thumb screws to hold them securely?Update: I ordered the 1/4" thumbscrews from the CTS website ($12 including $10 shipping). You might be able to find something at a local hardware store cheaper that will work. I purchased two 1x2s from Home Depot and cut to 6' lengths ($10). I cut a piece of cardboard and attached it to the stand with heavy duty clips purchased from Amazon ($6). I also purchased a stapler ($20) from Amazon to attach the targets to the cardboard. So after purchasing several more items and a total cost of $88, I have a good quality usable target stand.

So far it works as advertised.
Keep in mind this is for small and mid sized paper targets. If you want to shoot full sized figure targets or full size silhouettes, you will need to alter the 1" x 2" vertical wood frame that you are supposed to build. I like the footprint of this stand and its easy to throw in the back of a vehicle and take to the range.
