Pinecroft 15W in. Board and Batten Z Wood Shutters

The shutters are not the size listed. Because of that I tried to return them. It has been a month and a half of the seller ignoring my emails and almost 4 week of Amazon "investigating " it. No return, no refund and shutters that are too small.
