These wedges are great for using with squats and anything that would help with balance and knee movements. I enjoy that all the pressure doesn’t fall on my knees and I can get a deep enough squat to really keep my mobility without hurting afterwards. Ima so glad my husband. Picked these up!

These do the job. Build quality and sturdiness is good. They aren't slippery.

These are wonderful! As I write this, I'm at the gym doing squats with them. Totally different experience. Initially, I was concerned this brand as too elevated for me. It isn't. Get them.

There was a piece that was cut out or knocked out as you can see from the photo. I’m not going to send them back, but I cannot give 5 stars because of the damage otherwise I would.damag notwithstanding It is an excellent product for people with poor ankle flexion. The angle, the length and the material are excellent.
