It can also be used to increase hand coordination and strength. How to use: Hold the spinner caps between your thumb and index finger. Hook your middle finger between two of the points and give it a flick. You'll want to pull your fingers out of the way so they don't make contact with the spinner, slowing it down. It may take a little practice but you'll get the hang of it in no time. You can also place the spinner on a flat surface and spin it like a top.
