Update International 48" Stainless Steel Mixing Paddle

Q: Where is it manufactured?

Not sure on that but I’ve had mine three years. It’s a solid tool and have had no issues with staining or rust of any kind. Still looks good after frequent use. My friends always ask where I bought it.

Q: Does the metal on metal scratch the pot? What about the noise factor? Is there a scraping sound? Thanks.

The paddle is well built. Very sturdy. The paddle does have sharp edges that might starch the pot. I have grinded the edges round. I. Ref to the noise none what's so ever.Hopefully this helps

Q: Can someone give me an idea on the size of the blade? It is difficult to determine by the image and I'm looking to either etch it or cut out of it.

Mine is 4-3/4" X 8" X approximately 1/8" thick.

Q: What is diameter of the shaft? Can this fit into a drill? Can this be effective mixing seal coat tote?

The diameter of what I received is 1". Beware the shaft is hollow. Even if you have a drill chuck large enough to accommodate a 1" shaft, the clamping force required to secure it in a standard Jacob's chuck will crush the handle. You will have to come up with an adapter to avoid crushing the handle.
