Great controller, headphone jack was dead on arrival
Out of the box everything worked very well, rapid fire and mod functionality as well as ease of use in switching between mods was snappier and more responsive than I had originally thought it would be.Downside , no matter what headset or headphones I use, the microphone jack won't register anything is plugged in.So besides the fact i have to use my phone to talk with my friends while I play and use the controller it's definitely worth buying.Sidenote I've reached out to the company twice telling them about my headphone jack issue they told me twice to update my controller in the dashboard. Which hasn't helped. I'll change the review if they can help me fix the issue

Horrible controller but decent customer service.
The controller arrived and looked very nice. It was exactly the same as the one I ordered previously from midnight modz, the problem was that the left analog stick stuck and was unresponsive which prompted me to return it.

Good product and great customer support
Received this as a gift and it has worked flawlessly! While I ended up not using much of the mod, the latency on this model seemed much lower than the OEM versions I previously had, making it much more responsive to battle conditions. Did have a question above headphone volume, reached out to support and got a response within hours on how to solve the issue.Highly recommend this product both for the mods but as well as a standard controller.

Bad assembly
When I was sent this product it had cracked plastic around the audio jack. But in the time since the controller's buttons don't work. When I click the left D-pad button nothing happens. So I will slam the controller down on my palm which normally fixes it. But the mod part works fine.
