2 stars they shut down ordering for months no warning
The food itself is good. This companies only product and responsibility is making fresh baby food and sending it. I hate to leave a 2 star review but my daughter was left with Zero food and no way to order more as they shutdown their ordering on Amazon and their website for several months. No warning just one day too bad no food for your child. Considering the fact that this is this companies sole responsibility there is ZERO excuse for leaving babies without food with no warning what so ever. That alone has forced me to change to another company. Little spoon is where were at now. We are happy and hopeful something like this wont ever happen again. I cannot recommend this company and had to take back my referrals so other moms wouldn't have the same issue. How embarrassing to have referred a company that clearly cant handle the only responsibility they have. This may be a hurtful review but it's an honest one.

The only baby food worth eating
This is the only puree my baby will eat. We tried several commercial brands as well as steaming and puree at home. At best she would eat 3-4 bites. I thought maybe she just wasn't quite ready for solids yet. I was wrong...she was very ready for Pure Spoon Organic purees. I initially wavered on buying this product because of the price. I was impressed by the organic cold press process they use, but wasn't sure it was worth twice the beech-nut organic "cold puree" (I really can't find any info on exactly what that means). I decided to go ahead, mostly because I like to support new small business (congrats on the launch, guys!). When I try and feed this kid other purees, she arches her back and looks at the ceiling doing her best not to make eye contact with me or the spoon. When I give her this stuff, she opens her mouth and literally propels her body forward until the spoon is in her mouth...she is fairly aggressive about it. I have tasted just about all of them, they are delicious and have a pleasant texture. Although when I bought them for twice as much as the competitor brands I did not factor in her eating 6x as much!Disclaimer: the photo is of her eating some real food with grandma...she is too aggressive with the puree and if I stop to take a photo she tries to grab handfuls and shove it in her mouth.

Fresh organic baby food on the go
I usually make my daughters baby food, but with a toddler and a baby this food has come to the rescue! The package arrived fresh in a cooler with ice packs! I love that it is healthy, organic, and cold pressed to give baby the most nutrients.Our baby has loved all of the food combinations, especially the avocado and pear and the carrot and zucchini. I love combinations like apples and broccoli as she eats it because she loves apple sauce but is also getting exposed to nutrient rich broccoli.I learned you don’t have to compromise healthy and nutritious meals for baby when getting a little time saving help from pure spoon baby food (and amazon!).

Stage 1 AND 2
I only wanted stage 1 meals, that is why I ordered from here ...but I received a mix of stage 1 AND 2 ... my baby cannot eat stage 2 yet ...but now I have a fridge full of stage 2 and not enough stage 1

My baby loves it!
We've been very happy with Pure Spoon all around. There isn't a flavor that my son won't eat, the food is very fresh, and I feel good knowing that he is eating quality, organic stuff. Two thumbs up!
