SleepEezy Valerian Root Tablets, 2 x 60 Vegan Tablets, Relief of Sleep disturbances

Have had sleep problems after hospitalisation and taking two of these each evening, one hour before bedtime has improved my sleep pattern. The only downside is the unpleasant smell of the tablets but that's just the valerian.
