Why so expensive? It "feels" like a $15 product.

We may have been able to hit a $15 price point, if our product was cheaply manufactured overseas. Instead, Thyrm products are designed and manufactured in the US in order to maintain the highest quality standards for dependability and durability.

Hello, From the listing description: Holds 2 -18650 batteries side by side (with the divider removed) or up to 6 CR123’s (3 on each side), or 8 AAA’s (4 on each side), or 4 AA’s (2 on each side). Not sure on the exact volume but you can get a good idea from the dimensions of the batteries as above.

This depends on what size epi pen you have. The inner space is 4.03 inches tall and 0.83 inches and 1.47 inches in diameter (cross-section is an oval). I know pens vary is size and some come with lots of extra packaging that some people opt to remove.
