OMG - terrible build quality. If you are able to twist wires, however, these might work for you...
These are some of the worst assembled bulbs I've ever seen. Seriously, they're put together so poorly that, personally, I believe these are done in the dark. Whoever put these leds into the bases is the worst. The worst. The bases, also, have big pieces of plastic sticking off them from manufacturing and you have to trim them with a razor before these will even fit into a T3 slot. Also, the plastic of the bases is extremely soft, so soft that you can't turn them with a screwdriver w/o it completely stripping. Speaking of a screwdriver, the slit for a screwdriver is so shallow and narrow that a #2 won't fit and a #1 is too thin across the face to do anything except strip these bases. Such a nightmare. So, you ask, why 3 stars? Let me tell ya. The leds aren't that bad of a quality, certainly not as bad as the bases. What I ended up doing was pulling these horribly assembled and un-trimmed leds from the lowest-quality-imaginable bases and just slipping them into the T3 bases already in my car. These work well after that. I used these for the cruise/fog/wiper heater lights on my 2003 Subaru Forester. Oh, these do dim fine, I know that's a question for a lot of leds in cars. Also, I'm going to go ahead and say that all the reviews except mine are totally fake. If anyone had actually held these in their hands they'd have written a review similar to mine.

Works on climate control module for 2006 Honda Pilot ex-l with nav & XM radio
Great replacement for burned out bulbs that illuminate the climate control buttons on our 2006 Honda Pilot ex-l, which has factory navigation and XM radio. The climate control module takes 6 T3 bulbs and these leds worked perfectly once I got the polarity right. Tip - install the new bulbs, plug the module back in and turn the headlights - if any of the bulbs don’t work rotate them 180 degrees and test again. Only 2 worked on my 1st try, the other 4 worked after rotating them. They are a little tight going in, so use a flat head screw driver that fits neatly into the slot and make sure the slot ends up in a north-south position, in alignment with lines on the module. Now I have 4 spare bulbs in the glove box.

Useless
These don't work. They are not a true T3 neo wedge light. They are too skinny and long to fit in the hole. They don't even click in because the little plastic hooks are too deep. They just loosely sit in the socket and don't light up unless they have pressure applied to their back in order to make contact. The windings aren't even decent either. They have too much wire and wind around poorly.

Junk
Garbage product. Poor quality control, cheap materials. The failure rate is so high on these, the price should be half of what you pay or you should get double the amount that you order. Really disappointed. This is one of those products you buy on Amazon where you realize that you just threw money away because the cost of returning it isn't even worth it.

Very good for replacing burnt out dash lights
For their size, these things are very bright. I used them to replace burnt out lights behind several dashboard buttons. In the attached picture, the OE incandescent bulb used to light up the words "cruise control" has nothing compared to how intense the other symbols are. The only major gripe are the fairly delicate leads that are weakly soldered on the boards, which makes manipulating them a tedious process. None, after a couple months, have yet to flicker like other LEDs, so I would recommend these for those needing both something bright and reliable.

these don't securely screw in like factory or own quality pieces
Installed half of them, 1 was dead on arrival. Also, these don't securely screw in like factory or own quality pieces. They are bright and work well once you force them into place.

Color was fine. All of them that I used lit up ...
I got about 3 of them to fit but it was a tight fit. The other 3 I used I had to put the LED into the old base. I should have read the reviews since this seems to be a common problem with these. Color was fine. All of them that I used lit up fine. I did have 2 that I accidentally pulled the leads from.

Haven’t had any problems with these and like the White opposed to the orange i had before
Used these to replace my climate control bulbs that kept blowing out in my 2006 4runner. Haven’t had any problems with these and like the White opposed to the orange i had before.
