We were looking for a study table chair for our teenage son and came across this brand. We wanted to try this out and it fitted to our budget as well. The next day to the order, we got a "thank you" from Company and the lady explained clearly how the delivery will happen, how easy it is to assemble the chair. She also forwarded the assembly video over Whatsapp.On the date of the delivery, she sent a message stating the delivery will happen and we need to be at home/be ready.The delivery happened on the promised day. It took 15mns max to assemble the chair. The chair looks solid and beautiful as one can see from the picture here.I sent the pics over Whatsapp to Rose Design post assembly and I got a call immediately stating the assembly is perfect and she would be registering the Warranty on the product. She indicated that the chair is covered under warranty for a year and I could reach to them for any issues.Good job, Team Rose Design - Prompt action, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. We just assembled the chair and the usage has been minimum. Presuming the product is worth the money paid.

The chair is visually pleasing, comfortable to sit on and freely revolving. The product is just as it is shown in the picture.There was demonstration video shared by the company on how to organise the chair from scratch. The video was very helpful for easy organisation.

Quality of plastic used is very cheap. Chair itself is good. Would keep the chair if plastic used was better. Returned it so no idea about long term durability of the chair.Allen key provided so assembly is relatively easy.The sellers keep contacting you unnecessarily. It'd be better if it was shipped directly through Amazon. Would be less annoying.

The is good in look and nicely designed.I bought 2 for both of my kids .My both kids loved and enjoying. It is comfortable.Self assembly is good idea but during assembly one screw is not properly aligned. I took the help of carpenter but according to him alignment issue with screw.Even there is weight limit, it's can't hold weight more than 85kgs.Overall is good product.
