Magic Morning Mug Coffee, Hot Cold Heat Sensitive Color Changing, 11 oz., Black/White

This color changing mug is awesome! I love it but it's too creepy for our house with little kids. It's a gift for a co-worker Walking Dead fan. When you put hot water in it changes color quite quickly (but it has to be quite hot- I couldn't get tap water hot enough). The coolest part though is when it is empty and you run it under cold water. It immediately changes (momentarily) to black and it looks like you've poured black watercolor paint all over it. Try it! It does look exactly like the picture (completely white background when hot).

I absolutely love it, love it, love it. If you are a fan of The Walking Dead, this is a must have. Be careful not to put it in the dishwasher or the microwave. For the price it is a great item. I grabbed several for Christmas and the expression on each person's face when the mug began to works its magic was priceless. I returned and bought one for myself. I have used my mugs pretty consistently with my morning cup of coffee and so far, so good. Better than I expected.

The structure of the mug is fine, I had ordered this for a nephew but when I tested it with hot water it would not change.

Love the walking dead and love the mug.It looks cool when it fades from black to aphoto of a zombie trying to get through yourpatio door. It works.

Terrible the image fell off as soon as you washed the mug.

Fun idea but the paint was a bit chipped when received.
