**Q: What is the difference between the types eg soft/luxury? Thanks**
A: First type is soft/luxery but weight is low  , inside and uper matrial diffference . Medium is , more matrial inside and quality of upler cover is higher then normal one. Preimer is more good quality then medium, more longe life and longe term same bouce .ex two to 3 years.

**Q: How long do I need to give pillow out of vacuum bag before using?**
A: We used this straight away. It was for my Mom who was in hospital at the time due to having a stroke and she loved it from as soon as it came out of the bag. Still uses it now at home.
