Such great compassionate service
When I ordered this product they gave a shipping estimate of after Christmas. I contacted them and begged them to try to get it to me by Christmas because it was my firefighter sons Christmas stocking purchase. They said they were putting it in the mail next morning and it got here Christmas Eve and my son Loves it!

does a poor job at its only job
Looks cool, but it must use it on both sides of the cap to open. The top piece is not long enough. I will say the full size ones they offer are pretty awesome, they look, feel and work great. That is the only reason I gave it 3 stars
