Water Balance Alkaline Water Filtering Pitcher Ionizer Ph Balancer

I personally love this pitcher! I can't explain why or how but I definitely feel so much better when I drink water regularly that's filtered with this pitcher. I also have a "Pitcher of Life" pitcher. The filters seem to fit interchangeably. I can't say I like one better than the other. The lid on this has lasted longer without breaking, but they seem exactly the same. I've read a little about alkaline vs. non-alkaline but it's really too much for me to process and worry about. Call it the "placebo effect" if you will, but I do think I have more energy and just overall feel better when I drink water from these pitchers. My biggest complaint would be that they seem to be offered by different manufacturers and have different "generations" of pitcher regularly enough that by the time I go to order more filters there's a different "model" of pitcher and I am never sure which filter replacements to purchase. But I would certainly recommend using these pitchers and plan to continue to do so and purchase more and/or bigger ones as my budget allows. Personally, I feel and see benefits of using alkaline water and plan to continue to do so.

Not as easy to use as my experience with another brand, (which I maintain as a backup). Took the little spout cover off, and threw it out. Good luck on following the mandated instructions if you live off grid. My ph strips do not indicate much of a change.., but then it's made in communist china by slave labor under the direction of red army managers.., so quality control might be spotty. That said, I use it for all water ingestion, i.e., drinking, beverages, cooking, etc., and my dog might give it 2 stars, and thereby give me 4 stars for the extra effort award.

EXTREMELY unhappy with the slow drip process!! You would think the filter was clogged but it was new and dripped like molasses! I also don't like how the water "sits" unfiltered in the pitcher - waiting to drip! When you pour the filtered portion of water, out comes the UNFILTERED water too! NOT a good design. My first call to the Distributor was very poor as well! They answered unprofessionally, talked to me UNPROFESSIONALLY and provided literally NO ASSISTANCE or ANSWERS to my questions. I called the phone number on the box - he told me to contact the place I bought it from (AMAZON)!?! HUH?I wanted a water picture that would FILTER & ALKALINE and this offered both but it has yet to deliver! I would NOT recommend it. Priced right but POOR performance ....BTW - I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it did include 2 filters...the ONLY good trade off....

Recently we purchased the water balance product and we love it. The water tastes better...we have a water purifier and the water still taste better from the water balance pitcher. we notice a big difference in our coffee as it seems to "mellow" out the harshness and make it taste "smooth". After reading through the manual and following the instructions... actually my wife did because I was using it all wrong and right out of the box..... it worked great!!!! so, I'd encourage all to follow the simple instructions and enjoy! Not sure if the water balance is the reason but I've noticed my acid reflux seems better and almost disappeared. One of the reviewers mentioned that it lowers the PH on the water instead of raising it. Like me they probably didn't read the directions or they had a bad PH tester. You have to run several pitchers water through the filter to activate it. With my tester, the water balance raised the PH to 9.8

The description of the product states that the alkalinity of the water will improve to between 8.5 to 10. I purchased this Amazon Prime product and upon receipt I followed instructions enclosed in the box to the letter. I tested the pH before and after filtering. The alkalinity of the filtered water was actually worse than the water coming out of my tap. Tap water was 7.5. O3-pure Water Balance Water Filtering pitcher pH was 7.0. There was some difficulting in returning the product. I had to conduct a chat with Amazon in order to obtain the shipping return order, but once I was connected with chat I had no issues processing the requested return.

This product seems to work as promised. The water tastes good. Most importantly, I used ph drops to test the water both from the filter and from my tap. The tap water came out around 7 ph and the filtered water around 9. I repeated the test several weeks later with the same result (see pictures). I recommend this product.

I never got to check the ph because the water just tastes flat and weird and so bad and thats after the water going thru my $500.00 filter under the sink, then thru the fridge and then thru this pitcher......Also the cover doesn't fit....when there is still water in the top half it just pours out with the filtered water from the bottom.....I kept it too long to return it....I'm an optimist.......I finally just threw it out and went back to my Brita and my water tastes clean and great again.......

I just got this pitcher and set it up according to the instructions--after the first glass of water, I definitely felt more hydrated and felt a burst of energy--I have never felt this from drinking a cup of water! Can't wait to see how long term usage affects my health positively. :)
