Great idea! Easy to use!
Works great, it's easy to set up. I wear it on my person at all times and several members of my family do as well. Also I can email the PDF containing all of my information to my self and have it right on my phone!

Perfect for everyone
Love this and it simple and easy to use and I'm really bad with computers so if I can use it anyone can. It's so comforting to know if anything ever happens to me my allergies and all my important info is here for medical professionals and it will make going to the doctor easier I don't have to try and remember my long medical history

Outdated software
I plan on traveling and was looking for a way to store current medical information.I thought bonus software to help organize. I was disappointed in the software. I gave up using it.I plan on just organizing the files on my own.Still like the design with the medical emblem

Does not work on all computers
I had a lot of hope for this USB since it seemed to be exactly what I needed. There were a lot of problems with it right from the beginning. Built in the the USB is a program that takes your information. That is all I can say about it since I could not finish the initial set up. I have a Mac and when I tried to open the program, it wouldn't open. I tried using a Chromebook. Same result. You can only use it on a PC. The only thing that looked good was there was a lot of information that I would want doctors to know about in the program. The first time I used it, I did not realize how much information it was going to ask for. I didn't finish the program when I started figuring that I would just finish it later. Nope. I plugged it in to the same PC that I started it on and I got an error message that told me that there was a problem with the USB. The message said that the only way to fix the problem was to scan and fix any errors with the USB. Since it wouldn't work without doing the scan, I told it to go ahead and scan it. Once it did that, the USB was dead and useless. The computer asked which program I wanted to use to open the program, but there was nothing to pick from. If you want a very expensive USB to use for work, then this will probably be fine. If you want it to do what you think it should do, don't waste your money. I am going to go with something easier to use and avoid the USB idea.

Perfect size and perfect for other medical needs.
The size is perfect. It was easy to setup. I just wish it had more space to put doctors names and that it was Mac compatable. I also wish there were a spot to check if patients are on a pain contract and have a living will. But the ability to add more information to it than a traditional medical alert bracelet is great. I also really like the fact that the information can be printed. It covers the majority of what doctors ask for both on the initial visit and is great for updating doctors when changes are made (I.e. New medications).

Outdated software. Do not buy.
This products software is outdated. Requires a 32bit operating system whereas newer computers are 64 bit operating systems. Concept is great. Can be used a a very expensive flash drive. I erased the useless program that came on the USB drive and created information using Offuce 365 and saved as a .pdf file. Do not buy this product. Instead buy a much cheaper usb thumbprint, create your own documents and mark the drive as an EMT drive, buy something to carry it with you and save a lot of money. Concept is great but the software is totally useless.
