**Q: many of the reviews say that it cuts the skin of the scrotum.  is this just improper use or something else?**
A: I'd have to say improper use. I've only had it a few days have used it twice in that area with no problem. I do use a guard in hard to see/reach areas iykyk.

**Q: It says 3 ball and 4 body head? How do you buy these head? It come with 2 heads.**
A: I was ecstatic when I read this has a three ball head as the two ball head only works well on your average, run-of-the-mill scrotum.

**Q: Can you use use it to trim/shave leg hair?**
A: It's primarily a trimmer, but I suppose you could use it to shave leg hair. It just wouldn't get as close of a shave as a razor.
