Good quality, but I’m a dunce
I can tell the quality of the product is good in that it’s well made and glazed well. I like that there are no handles where you can’t clean inside.Unfortunately, the angle on this was hard for me to get it to work properly. I’ll admit that I’m new to nasal rinsing, so it might be user error. Please note that the capacity on this one is less than the plastic ones you’ll find at the drug store. Maybe a bit less than a cup.

Easy to use. A few imperfections.
This is a good design for a neti pot. It feels substantial and comfortable in the hand. It is apparently hand made in Poland. Mine has a little nick out of the spout, which seems to be pre-glazing and firing, but as it doesn’t affect usability I’m not going to worry about it. This is less delicate than my last one which was porcelain and developed, slowly, a hairline crack and then began to leak. This seems a bit more solidly constructed.

A good choice
July 2016:I am new to this and have now tried and rejected both Nelipot and Nasopure in favor of the Sattvic Path Neti Pot. The other two depend upon squeezing a plastic bottle, and with both I have both headaches and trouble with my ears. This is a much gentler approach depending upon gravity. First I should mention that the customer service is superb and for a first timer this is invaluable. Sam, the owner sent me several emails (including after business hours on a Friday) and went through a lot of trouble citing websites to help me with my questions. I chose the Sattvic Path Neti Pot because it received not only favorable reviews on Amazon, but topped the listed of two other surveys I checked on the web. I am a small older woman and the design makes it easy to hold. I also actually like that you fill it twice with four ounces, one for each nostril. This way, you don't need to guess when you've done four ounces. A tiny bit more time but easier overall. Also the flow from the nostril is slow, and not very strong. However, I think this is fine, because it is gentle and thorough since you know how much water is being used. And now I hope this will give me some relief from allergies/sinus infections that I am prone to while reducing my need for medicines. (I did not receive a discount for this review-- wish I had.)Postscript June 2017: I was so delighted with this product that I ordered a second in Dec. 2015 as a backup. It is more expensive than other similar products but in this case you get what you pay for, and it is well worth the extra money. (It is NOT made in China for a starter). I am delighted to report that I in the twelve months since I started using the Sattric Path I have had no sinus infections, my sinusitis is much better and it has helped with allergies. My quality of life is much improved!

Life changing
I'd love to list all the pros and cons, but I couldn't find a single con. I've considered using a neti pot for many years. Like many people, the idea of pouring water into my sinus cavity brings a feeling that you will surely drown. This year after three months of severe bronchitis followed by a sinus infection lasting another eight weeks, something had to be done. Breathing became so difficult. I gave in and bought this very nice neti pot. I read some of the concerns of others that bacteria might get stuck inside a handle. This one doesn't have a handle. It can be slippery when you are cleaning it, so care needs to be taken then, but otherwise it's very easy to hold. And how well does it work? On my first experience using it, my sinuses were opened for the first time in so long that I can't remember. It had to use it daily for three weeks before my sinuses truly returned to normal. I continue to use it every day. I noticed in photos how much swelling there was in my face. That's all gone now. I fully recommend this product be given a try if you have any type of sinus issues.

I took a chance and I am very happy that I did
I was a little worried about buying this Neti Pot due to the fact that it was ceramic, the cost, and because of some of the other comments about the size of the pot and the size of the spout. I took a chance and I am very happy that I did.The lifetime guarantee and the comments about how good the company is about replacing the item made it easier for me to buy it even though it was a higher price than I wanted to pay. The guarantee also relieved my worries about breaking it. I have always wanted a ceramic pot but was afraid to buy one for fear of accidentally dropping it (I actually did drop my stainless steel one a couple of times). The spout is a little larger on the tip than my previous one but it turns out it isn't a problem at all. I got used to the size difference after the first couple of uses. I also find that the slightly larger spout allows the entire spout to air dry better than my stainless steel pot. This pot is also one continuous piece where my stainless steel one had the spout welded to the pot and it eventually rusted in that area. The volume of water that the pot holds is about half of what my other pot was able to hold but I have easily gotten used to filling it twice instead of once. This pot is very attractive and I don't mind it sitting out when it is drying. With my previous one, I always wanted it to dry fast so I could put it away. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in buying a neti pot.

Great quality. For adults and kids.
This neti pot is easy to hold and comfortable. The glaze is very smoothe with no chips. I have had one from this company for over a year and like it but to save money I had purchased a cheaper ceramic neti pot for my 11 year old on amazon and the glaze had chipping inside. I worried they could get worse over time and also I wouldn’t want to risk bits of glaze going into her sinuses. This neti pot is beautiful and I think worth the cost considering the lifetime guarantee. I returned the cheaper one and bought another one of these for her. We are careful but even so accidents can happen. I would be Leary to spend this much if it didn’t have that level of customer support. As it is, she loves her neti pot!! It is a help with her allergies. I had also bought her a “nasopure “ kids squeezable type and she did not like it. Pouring a normal neti pot feels better for her than squirting.
