KAICEN iphone 5 lcd screen Digitizer Frame Assembly and Special maintenance tools+Toughened glass protective film,Compatible iPhone 5 white 4.0 inches

This is the 3rd screen I've ordered from 3 different vendors to repair my dropped iPhone 5. The first one had a blank screen with only a faint glow, I sent it back. The 2nd one had lines dancing across he screed, I sent it back. This one works perfectly. I now have a lot of practice replacing iPhone 5 screens. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is the tool kit. It would be very difficult to remove a screen, especially a cracked screen, with the tools provided. Luckily I have very good tools that came with a battery replacement kit so I can easily pop the screen out. These low priced screens seem to be hit or miss, this vendor may actually test the screens.

Screen worked initially. Color seemed comparable to before. When replacing the screen, it's important to note that this screen A) doesn't have any of the front facing features (camera, speaker, etc) and you'll need to re mount those. The manufacturer also deleted two mount points for the speaker which will make the swap infinitely more annoying for the speaker.As I went to remount the screen , one of the bottom screws somehow ended up in the top corner and bent the Kaichen screen just right to ruin the unit, such that their are blue lines and discoloration all over.The reason I had to swap screen was due to a battery that bubbled, which split the old screen, and melted into the case itself. My case was very extreme, but the screen received definitely couldhave used instructions and I would have liked to have those mount points that the original had for the speaker. I attached and A/B picture. The red being Kaichen. Look in the upper right corner. Spent at least 1 hour fiddling to get the one screw point Kaichen left us, and the rubber grommit inside to hold the speaker. The Apple one has three screws to hold the speaker and provide support for the screen.Screen broke because I missed the screw, but durability of this replacement is questionable. It was bent only the slightest amount. Tools provided are made of the cheapest softest plastic I've seen. They get destroyed almost immediately after the first removal. It'll work, but treat it like a faberge egg!UPDATE: Seller has offered a replacement screen and a refund. Unfortunately, by the time I received the email, I had already purchased another screen. They still refunded me anyway, and we rapid in reaching out to resolve the issue. It's important to note . I WAS THE ONE WHO BROKE THE SCREEN, by missing the screw that was laying between the screen and phone. The screen will work, but be very very gentle, and count your screws before you mount it.

Phone now have a dead spot right on the H..Have to push down on screen sometime where figure tap does not work.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service best customer service I've delt with in a log time and great screens especially for the price

So easy to use, just look for a tutorial on Youtube, take me 15 minutes to install.
