Really great result but not easy to apply if you have a textured pool deck . You need a lot of paint .

This is my third time buying this product. Seems like every year we have to do areas around our pool. My husband wanted to change products for something that would last but that would require doing the whole pool deck. So tired of having to paint every year but it is better than doing the whole thing. Just doesn't last with PA winters!!!
