The camera works great and the description does not include what is in the box. I ordered a mount and SD card but you do not need it with this dash-cam. The box includes, 8 GB SD card, a car charger, a USB charger cable, and the mount. There is no need to buy anything else unless you want a bigger SD card. The dash-cam can record in 3 minute segments and with g-force detection it locks any video files until they are manually deleted. All other files are overwritten one at time starting with the oldest when the card is full. The g-force detection prevents overwriting files when an impact or sudden stop is detected. To test this I set it to the most sensitive settings and dropped it into my hand while on. A sudden impact with an inch drop into my hand locked the recording files. It... works... perfectly.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The mount did not match my cams so I just removed the entire joint with the camera attachment from the suction of my old dash by completely unscrewing the retaining mechanism of the ball joint, pulled it out and attached it to the new suction. It works perfectly and the suction is very strong. No more dash cam falling off the window when driving.

I love my dash cam but I keep having to replace these little mounts. They work well and they stay attached to the inside of my windshield holding my camera and place but every so often they will lose suction in the camera falls on the floor. Thank goodness my camera is terrible! However, they do deteriorate because of the Heat but they are so inexpensive and easily replaced. I always have an extra on hand for when they just fall apart. I usually have to replace a mount once a year.

Replacement suction holder. Not one (which is what I was expecting) but 2 for the same low price! The one that came with the camera unit originally died. Rubber cup separated from the rest of the unit. I used every glue/sticky stuff I could find but that cup could no longer handle the job. I was so glad to find the replacement holder at such a great price, but 2 of them?!! Man, this is the best! Thank you CINDISON for offering this product at such a fantastic price. And if I didn't say it, the product is excellent. A virtual carbon copy of the original. Very stout. And it's in a car that, shall we say, is not the smoothest of rides, so it takes a good bit of humpin' and bumpin'!

The one positive it has going for it is that it fits my Blackbox dash cam. The suction cup on it is garbage though. With the dash cam attached, it stays on my window for less than a minute which makes it pretty much useless. Everything else about the mount is fine.

It works fine, doing it’s job well but very loose & drops off from time to time because of the fact that it universal, would I buy it again yes but keep in mind you we’ll have to tweak it a little.....

The original mount for my Black Box dash-cam finally broke after six years of baking in the sun. The Black Box is still working fine. Wasn't sure that this mount would fit, but it appeared similar to the original and for five bucks (delivered) I couldn't go wrong. It fits!NOTE: This suction cup doesn't have any glue on it (like some others do), but my experience has been that if the glass is clean, moistening the cup with a drop or two of water will cause it to stay put for many weeks at a time.

I had a Dash Cam but the original suction mount was broken when having my car washed. I bought this product as a replacement. It fits perfectly. If you are in the market for similar reason, please make sure the parts that show in the picture looks just like the one you need.
