This thing is amazing. Any tightness on my back and neck is really worked out by this. I’ll roll my neck on it when I get my migraines or even crack my back and stretch out tense muscles.I did accidentally fall asleep on it once and my head felt numb from what I assume was the restriction of blood that might have happened. Just numb, nothing serious though.

I bought two kinds of wooden pillows. I sleep on my side and so I used a piece of terry cloth to cushion my face on the pillow(s). Both have made my sleep more sound and given me more energy upon waking up.

Good for neck massge, but a little heavier and smaller than i expected. Men need bigger one.

I use it between massages. Really helps my neck. I can't sleep on it all night, but i like to use it when my neck hurts as a self-massage.

I know how to use it so better posture,less back and neck pain

Meh... I need to use more, my fault for not using properly that I don't have results yet.
